- 14:45Welcome & rules briefingThe rules that matter, in five minutes — after that they are settled.
- 15:00Group stage, round 1Tables of four. The top two at each table go through.
- 16:00Group stage, round 2Freshly mixed tables, same principle.
- 17:00BreakThirty minutes for cake and plotting revenge.
- 17:30Knockout roundsFrom the quarter-finals it is best of three.
- 19:15FinalOne table, everybody watching.
- 19:45Prize givingPrizes, applause and the traditional argument about stacking.
